Choose pumpkin.
Design your face. Hollow out pumpkin.
Cut out face. (and if you're Jackson refill emptied pumpkins while mom carves other pumpkins.)
Pose with pumpkin.
"To you women of today, who are old or young, may I suggest to you that you write, that you keep journals, that you express your thoughts on paper. Writing is a great discipline. It is a tremendous education effort. It will assist you in various ways, and you will bless the lives of many--now and in the years to come, as you put on paper some of your experiences and some of your musings." President Gordon B. Hinckley

Cool pumpkins! I love that you have a picture with each kid and their pumpkin. Did you carve them all, or did some of the kids do their own? Ok- I need to start blogging.....
Very cute pumpkins. We carve tomorrow. Or should I say, 'they' carve tomorrow. I used to do all the work when they were little, but now I have some freedom to just watch. Ahh...they grow up so fast!
Great pumpkins!!n I knew there would be a BYU pumpkin in the mix!
They design, I carve. I need to remember they are old enough to do more of the carving. Time to change up the old routine!
Love the pumpkins! And the stencils are actually pretty easy to use- depending on the detailing of course :)
We are carving a pumpkin tonight... this gives me a little inspiration!!
Those pumkins are so cool! Those kids have such originality! Love to see them with their own creations!
AMAZING pumpkins!! Just amazing! Mine don't look that good. Derek was the pumpkin carver this year and had to do it pretty much alone because Hyrum couldn't be bothered to stick around and NOT touch the sharp knife. Poor chap!
